What payment methods do you accept?
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of the item being returned to us. Please note, however, that it may take several days for your bank to process the payment back into your account. That said, please allow up to ten business days after posting the item back to us before contacting us about your refund. We will contact you via email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.register/apollofashion.shop and follow the instructions on-screen.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact support support/apollofashion if there is an issue with your order. Please check your spam or junk folder in your inbox before contacting us, in case you received your order confirmation there.
Why has my order been canceled?
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support/apollofashion, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
When will my order arrive?
Orders requiring shipping within EUROPE will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of EUROPE can take up to 14 days. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframes, and we will check the status of your order.
What is the warranty period for the products?
All ApolloFashion products have a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will provide you with updates at every stage of your order, from the moment we dispatch it to the moment it is delivered. In your delivery confirmation emails, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You may return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about your clothing size, we recommend ordering the two sizes that are closest to yours and returning the one that does not fit.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team at support/apollofashion. As long as your return falls within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you a return receipt via email. You will need to print this and attach it to the product packaging when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for appropriate packaging when returning an item, the item deposit will be paid or store credit will be given along with your money back or exchange.

Yes, we do. They are issued electronically via email and each one contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you are unsure of what to get that special someone in your life.
