Deadline for Exchanges and Returns
You can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

Conditions for Acceptance
In order for us to accept an exchange or return, the product must:
Be free of signs of use, odors, and damage;
Have all original labels and seals intact;
Be sent in the original packaging or in other packaging suitable for transport.

Items that cannot be returned:

Items on sale or clearance (except in cases of manufacturing defects);

Underwear and beachwear for hygiene reasons;

Customized products.

Wait for our response with instructions for shipping the product.

Send the product to our distribution center at the address provided. The shipping cost for the first exchange is on us!

Choose between:
Store credit for a new purchase;
Refund according to the original payment method (up to 10 business days after receiving the returned product);
Exchange for another size or model (subject to stock availability).
